I, Mindy Mauldin, MEd, am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University.
My formal education and professional experience have prepared me to counsel individuals, couples, families, and groups. I have a background in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA); however, I now operate from an eclectic theoretical counseling perspective that includes person-centered counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy , and solution-focused therapy.
I also have training in child-centered play therapy, cognitive processing therapy (useful with PTSD), mindfulness, ABA, suicide assessment, and telemental health.
