Hello there, so glad that you made it!

By stumbling upon my page, you have already fought half the battle and taken the first step towards your transformative process. This, along with collaboration between you and myself is what counseling consists of. Together we can work to identify and try to resolve any struggles that are causing discomfort in your life in a safe, and
non-judgmental space. The objective is to provide you with a safe space, to gain knowledge, and develop patience to understand the dynamics of your situation.
My belief is that everyone is worthy of help, especially when they are struggling. However, part of that struggle is choosing whether to accept help or not when it is provided. That said, you must be willing to put in the work to accomplish the result and part of my role as a therapist is to assist you in that work process.

During that time, we will identify your strengths, develop, and expand your coping skills, and continue to gain further psycho-educational knowledge that will guide you along your journey and development towards a deeper healthier mental headspace.
