Adding to what you already have, our time will be spent doing what I call “adjusting the lens”: adding more depth—more clarity to whatever has been difficult to identify. Through the use of further psycho-educational knowledge, developing and practicing new coping skills, while having a safe non-judgmental space to process and grow. Your experiences, your story matters.
Creating a safe, and non-judgmental space is of great importance to me; This space is for you. Processing, managing and resolving relational issues, Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma.
My belief is, in life “it doesn’t matter how you start, it matters how you finish.” The goal is for you to see just how powerful you are, identify the strengths you already have within, and bring those forward.
