Alexandria Presley B.S.

Practicum Student Therapist, Virtual & In-Person

Hey, There. I'm Alexandria Presley, and I hold a B.S. degree in Psychology and a minor in criminal justice from the University of Texas at Arlington. I am an intern and student with a passion for helping families, children, and those affected by trauma.

My approach is one rooted in empathy, and I work through utilization of trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, talk therapy, play therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).

Life is something we all experience and it can be a challenge for anyone, adults and children alike. My goal is to help both individuals and families better understand themselves and each other, as we work together to achieve positive change and growth.

For those dealing with the effects of trauma, you are not alone! Whether you are working to process trauma or simply need assistance in working through stress, I am here to walk with you as we work together to navigate that road.

Looking forward to working with you!
